Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related field
• Thai nationality only, male aged 30-40 years
• Minimum of 5 years Engineering management experience, preferably in the large property setting
• Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
• Must have strong project management, decision making skills, Computer skills e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Strong leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
